Not only am I stronger in my everyday life, which includes taking care of two young children and running a $130 million business, but my running is so much stronger. I ran the 3M Marathon easily without much training at all. I have been in Jeremy Thiel's program for 6 months now. He brings the "champion" out of everyone. Jeremy's knowledge in the fitness and running world is vast as well. Crossfit is the best thing I have done for myself since I started running 30 years ago. Crossfit is a way of life!

CrossFit Central Rogue - Not Just for Runners

The CrossFit Central Rogue Program is a great functional fitness program for runners of all levels. In the program you will find marathon runners and walkers performing the workout side by side! But this program is not limited to runners - It's also a great program for anyone wanting to get fit!

This hybrid program combines elements of both CrossFit Central Boot Camp and CrossFit that will help you reach your goals. The location is ideal - indoors at the Rogue Facility on East 5th Street. When you sign up with a friend for this program you can save up to $90! Find Out More.

Learning to Kip

For some, pull ups are an aspect of CrossFit that seem intimidating, to others it is a goal to learn how to properly perform a pull up. The ladies of the 6:15PM CrossFit Program prove that pull ups at CrossFit Central are scaled in many different ways to help you perform a pull up.

Walker has seen amazing results through the Spartan Challenge. He signed up for the challenge to take his training up a notch and get in a few extra workouts a week.
