Robert Malina, who attends the M/W/F 12:00 pm class, recently had a routine physical and receieved an extraordinary report! According to Robert's physical results, his Triglyceride level dropped by 219 points in four months time, bringing his Triglyceride level down to 81! "My last Triglyceride level was at 300 and has been that high for year. This is the best report I have had in 10 years," says Robert. Congratulations Robert! Relentless Adventure Challenge Kicks Off Tonight! |

The Relentless Adventure Challenge kicks off tonight with a Goal Setting Meeting @ RunTex! Saturday morning 9 teams will take on the benchmark workout, which will begin @ 7:30am at the UTB Location (under the bridge at town Lake). This adventure challenge has several team obstacles set in place to keep them working hard - join the community and come cheer the teams on Saturday morning!

The Central Southern Texas Sectional, hosted by CrossFit Central, is less than 6 weeks away! Over 200 athletes will travel to Austin for a chance at placing in the top 30 and moving on to the Regional Competition in Ft. Worth. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated volunteers and judges for the CrossFit event. All judges must be Level 1 CrossFit Certified. Judges & Volunteers Sign Up
CrossFit Central Affiliate Team Try Outs will be held on April 17th.
Last year our affilaite team took 2nd overall at the 2009 International CrossFit Games - this year we're going for 1st Place! You must workout at CrossFit Central in order to compete on the affiliate team, we will take 10 competitors & 2 alternates for this team. More Information & Sign Up
