Your Workout is Our Warm Up

A popular phrase among many CrossFitters is Your Workout is Our Warm Up. This may seem intimidating to anyone new to CrossFit, but the actual warm up performed is a precise balance of movements intended to get your body ready for the workout ahead. It is a key component and will actually make your workout more effective!

Muddy Buddy

Nicole Holstrom and Julie Ward competed in the Muddy Buddy last weekend! It was a 6 mile course of mountain bike riding and running. After every mile they completed an obstacle course - complete with rock climbing, balance beams, and ropes courses. This was some competitors weak point, but thanks to CrossFit Julie and Nicole scaled the walls with ease! Their costume? A CrossFit Chick - what else? Check out their blogs to see the "after" muddy pictures!
