The ladies of CrossFit Central Rogue Training go to a modified push up position during the morning training at the Rogue facility. If you do not have a full push up down yet it is always better to do a modified version and get lower to the ground then attempt push ups on your toes with bad form. By taking your body through full range of motion you will gain upper body strength faster. Find Out More on this dynamic program meant to compliment your run training!

The LCRA CrossFit Outdoor Training adds Kettlebells into their workout - kettlebell swings, lunge pass, and kettlebell clean and press. Adding these movments into the training keeps their bodies guessing and challenges their training abilities. There are two training times at the LCRA location in Central Austin - an AM Training Time and a PM Training Time. Find Out More

CrossFit Women will be holding a Women's Only Workout this Saturday June 21st at the CrossFit Central Facility! This workout is open to all women, regardless of your experience or fitness level, but limited to 30 women. Current CrossFitters and a few newbies came out to the CrossFit Central Facility this morning to get in a Free Saturday morning workout! These men and women set out to conquer a team workout made up of 3-4 people: 3 Rounds of 400 meter run, 100 pull ups, 100 jump box, 100 wall balls. They could split it up anyway they saw fit between the group. And the run had an extra bonus - one team member had to carry a weighted sand bag, one carried 2 kettlebells, and one ran with the group with no weight. The team had to run together and couldn't start the next round until they all returned.
