I'm faster, stronger and almost two pant sizes smaller! Besides my husband really taking notice (he didn't think my legs could be any better than they already were), the best thing is that I don't have to work nearly as hard at the running as I used to. I would highly recommend Jeremy's CrossFit class....if you're lucky enough to get in...because CrossFit is the best kept secret in town!

Where Preperation Meets Opportunity

Men are Faster, Stonger, & Tougher - Right?

There is nothing better than getting together with a group of enthusiastic women for a challenging workout! The energy levels were high and everyone was excited to see what CrossFit for Women is all about.

Over 60 women came out to theCrossFit Women's Free Workout on Saturday at the CrossFit Central Facility proving that women are capable of pushing themselves hard in a CrossFit workout. Some were CrossFit veterans and some had never tried Crossfit before! They were all introduced to one of the Girl's: Helen as the Workout of the Day. New Fitness Heights

Jen, Catherine, and Sally complete the CrossFit WOD during 6:45am CrossFit Training. These women have made tremendous gains from the time they got started in CrossFit! Most of them began CrossFit using little to no weight and have steady increased their CrossFit abilities. Keep up the great work ladies!

The Number 1 Concern from most women getting into CrossFit training: Will I get bulky? The short answer: No.
