Honestly, it was a lot of fun. Working closely with a group and seeing the progress/gains was rewarding. I enjoyed the challenge. Jeremy and Mike really kept the energy up and were fun/motivating. Thanks to you both!

The Fight of Your Life

This Saturday CrossFit Central's Biggest athletic fundraiser of the year has finally arrived! Fight Gone Bad will be held at Whole Foods in downtown Austin. There are only 6 spots left, if you're interested in doing this workout - Sign up today!

We are only $7,000 away from our goal of donating $25,000 to Athletes for a Cure! You can help by making a donation to a CrossFit Central athlete or a general donation. All donations go to The Prostate Cancer Foundation and The Wounded Warrior Project.
