I was initially intimidated with the concept of "Boot Camp" and apprehensive about attending. However, it was an amazing experience and I will continue to tell everyone I know about it!! The trainers were awesome. Jeremy and Michael make an excellent team and bring a nice balance to our workouts. I will definitely be attending and looking forward to the next 4 Seasons Boot Camp!!

Summer Programs

PowerPlant Summer Strength & Conditioning Programs are posted! These coed camps will be held in June and July at the CrossFit Central Facility and will focus on running, body weight resistance, medicine ball and core work. There are no requirements to sign up - but these camps are limited to 15 athletes.

Turkish Getups can Alleviate Shoulder Pain?

Jon demonstrates a Turkish Getup in the PM Kettlebell Class. Turkish Getups have proven to be an excellent exercise for strength, flexibility, and stability in the shoulder joint.

One individual had a history of shoulder problems and had to undergo 2 surgeries on his right shoulder and 1 on his left. New PM Class at Rogue

Members of the CrossFit Central Rogue Program are seeing Results! This June a PM class will be added to the list - Training will be held Tues/Thurs 6:00pm-7:00pm - Details will be up this afternoon!

The CrossFit Central Rogue program is a functional fitness program for Runners. It is not limited to experienced runners, this program is designed for all levels of fitness and experience.

 
Best Shape of Your Life

Spartan 300 Challenge Kicked off at the CrossFit Central Facility this morning! Over 60 people completed this workout and began the first session of the 16 week Challenge.
