The CrossFit Games Start Today! The CrossFit Central Team has been anticipating this day all year, and now it is finally here! All of their hard work and training will be put to the yest amongst Elite Athletes from across the world

Randel Setzler defies gravity, scales, walls, and moves quickly through various environments with the use of Parkour.

Gymanstic Movements in CrossFit

Parallettes are used in many CrossFit workouts - In & Outs, L-Sit, V-sit, Plank hold, dips, push ups, and much more! Tom and Kristin go through in and outs during AM CrossFit Training.

The CrossFit Central Coaches spent a day learning new Med. Ball Techniques with Rick of Dynamax! Med Balls are used in all of CrossFit Central programs to enhance training.
