Central is holding a Food Inc Screening for all I Am CrossFit & Relentless Adventure Challenge teams this Friday! This movie is a must see for everyone and will change the way you perceive & intake food.

I Am Crossfit EPOC

I Am Crossfit clients are already in the second half of the EPOC Challenge. Clients are already seeing amazing results. George, a member of Coach Chris Hartwell's team, lost 12 pounds in 4 weeks! Crossfit Newlyweds

Crossfit Central newlyweds, Aaron and Kelly Marco, sport the Double C's after they tied the knot on October 17th at the Avery Ranch Golf Club in Austin. Kelly has been Crossfitting since March 2009 and Aaron since November 2008. Congratulations Aaron and Kelly!

Relentless Adventure Challenge Benchmark Workout

Great job to all of the Relentless boot campers who took on the Relentless Adventure Challenge benchmark workout yesterday morning at the UTB location! There were 9 teams of 3 that worked together to complete an adventure course containing thrusters, running, kayaking from the Rowing Dock, burpees, in & outs, lunges, and dumbbell swings. Over the next 7 weeks, these teams will take on extra workouts and dial in their nutrition with the help of their coaches. On March 27th they will take on the workout again to test their fitness and measure their improvements. View photos from the benchmark challenge!
