 Kettlebells were first noticed roughly 100 years ago when the Russian military used these unique tools in their training. These became so popular that any weightlifter in Russia in the early 1900's were termed "Kettlebell Man" Today men and women of all fitness levels use kettlebells to improve balance, coordination, and agility.
