The 12:15pm CrossFit Training is training early for our largest fundraiser event, Fight Gone Bad. Mark your calanders it will be held on September 27th this year!
This workout substituted a few different moves in the workout - ring dips and a punching bag instead of Push Press and Wall Ball.

Keith getting in his pull ups at the 6:15pm CrossFit Indoor Training. CrossFit endorses the Kipping Pull up which is an explosive and fast pull up intended to increase your power out put. This style has been called the "anyhow pull up".

Jeremy Thiel engages in Explosive Skips with the Lake Pointe Outdoor Boot Camp. Skipping, for most of us, is associated with childhood memories of double dutch and jumping rope - but what we probably didn't know as kids is that skipping is a natural plyometric exercise. It is often used to develop and improve power and coordiantion. |
