This is a great program to tone and tighten all the right spots. After 3 weeks people started commenting that they could see a difference. After 4 weeks, I could really tell a difference - - can't wait for the next session!

Inside the New Location

CrossFit Central Training will be moving to the new location soon! The last week of May is an off week from programs - talk to your coach to find out about training opportunities during that week.

May UTB will be held on Saturday, May 31st

 
Endurance

CrossFit can increase your endurance & stamina. Amanda and Amber, who attend the T/TH 5:30am CrossFit Outdoor Training, completed the Wildflower Half Iron Man in California! Congratulations!

 
Summer Programs

PowerPlant Summer Strength & Conditioning Programs are posted! These coed camps will be held in June and July at the CrossFit Central Facility and will focus on running, body weight resistance, medicine ball and core work. There are no requirements to sign up - but these camps are limited to 15 athletes.

Turkish Getups can Alleviate Shoulder Pain?

Jon demonstrates a Turkish Getup in the PM Kettlebell Class. Turkish Getups have proven to be an excellent exercise for strength, flexibility, and stability in the shoulder joint.

One individual had a history of shoulder problems and had to undergo 2 surgeries on his right shoulder and 1 on his left.
