I noticed an improvement with my running within 6 weeks. I believe this is due to the cross training I receive at CrossFit Boot Camp. With the amount of core training Boot Camp offers, I have become a stronger runner. Specifically, I ran my fastest Turkey Trot this past November at a 7 minute mile pace (last year I completed the same race at an 8 minute mile pace). Recently, I completed the 3M Half Marathon in 1:38 (7:30 pace) which I have not done in 9 nine years.

May Training Starts Tomorrow

CrossFit Central May Training starts tomorrow, April 28th! Are you signed up? Classes are nearing maximum capacity - reserve your spot asap!

The LCRA 6:30PM CrossFit Outdoor Boot Camp finishes up with some planks. This class is ideal for people who aren't able to workout in the morning and need to fit their in training after work!

The 6:00am LCRA Corporate Wellness Training gets in sync with a 3 Person Med Ball Toss. This exercise is quick and improves agility and coordination - can't keep your eye on the ball you toss while you're looking for the next ball to catch!
