Honestly, it was a lot of fun. Working closely with a group and seeing the progress/gains was rewarding. I enjoyed the challenge. Jeremy and Mike really kept the energy up and were fun/motivating. Thanks to you both!

Learn from the Best

Carey Kepler, who is on maternity leave, will return to the gym in two weeks! She is excited to get back into training and this June will begin a Women's Only CrossFit Program! This program is developed by women for women. Elements for the Women's Only Program will begin in June. More Details Coming Soon

Dynamic Dumbbell Work

Inside the New Location

CrossFit Central Training will be moving to the new location soon! The last week of May is an off week from programs - talk to your coach to find out about training opportunities during that week.
