In just 4 short weeks I feel much stronger and am able to do exercises I haven't done since college! My energy level is much higher throughout the day and I look forward to keeping up this level of fitness.

The 6:15-7:15AM LCRA Boot Camp integrates the stairs into their workout! CrossFit Central Boot Camps often utilize the natural and surrounding environment to take the workout to the next level!
