I was initially intimidated with the concept of "Boot Camp" and apprehensive about attending. However, it was an amazing experience and I will continue to tell everyone I know about it!! The trainers were awesome. Jeremy and Michael make an excellent team and bring a nice balance to our workouts. I will definitely be attending and looking forward to the next 4 Seasons Boot Camp!!

CrossFit is For Everyone!

When people first here about the CrossFit Program the first thought is either sign me up or pull ups...Olympic lifts - sounds intense maybe I should try something else first! Every movement in CrossFit can be scaled to meet you where you are physically. You can even scale down to little or no weight. The program is as intense as you make it - shouldn't your workout challenge you? Before beginning the CrossFit program we require everyone to take Elements. These three training sessions teach you every movement seen in CrossFit in depth. You also get a feel for what a CrossFit workout is, and of course you get in a great workout!

Only Days Away

The Spartan Check In is this Saturday August 2nd at the CrossFit Central Facility. Some Spartans have been in this program for 12 weeks. Others just began this week. You too can jump in this challenge! If you would like to participate in the workout and not the challenge, sign up under Event Only More Information

Amber, who had just finished a 1/2 iron man joined the Spartan Challenge to dial in on an area she stuggled with - eating. Since joining the program she has lost 12 pounds and dropped 3% body fat. "The results have truly been amazing and just in time for bikini season. I feel stronger and love getting into my skinny jeans again!"

Workout while the Sun Rises

The LCRA Boot Camp works out while the sun rises! This Boot Camp is located in Central Austin and open to everyone! Find Out More. All CrossFit Central programs begin next week, have you reserved your spot?

There are 15 spots available for the CrossFit Platinum Package. This package allows you to come to the CrossFit Gym 5 days a week. You have the ability to go to CrossFit training, Kettlebell training, and the Boot Camp at Lamar Jr. High across from the facility. Find Out More.
