CrossFit Women will be holding a Women's Only Workout this Saturday June 21st at the CrossFit Central Facility! This workout is open to all women, regardless of your experience or fitness level, but limited to 30 women. Current CrossFitters and a few newbies came out to the CrossFit Central Facility this morning to get in a Free Saturday morning workout! These men and women set out to conquer a team workout made up of 3-4 people: 3 Rounds of 400 meter run, 100 pull ups, 100 jump box, 100 wall balls. They could split it up anyway they saw fit between the group. And the run had an extra bonus - one team member had to carry a weighted sand bag, one carried 2 kettlebells, and one ran with the group with no weight. The team had to run together and couldn't start the next round until they all returned. They could get it done anyway they needed but they had to get in done together. 1st Workout: 8:45-9:30am View All Pictures

A couple of boot campers start their day with a workout at Springwood Park! This boot camp is offered in North Austin M/W/F 6:15-7:15am.
