CrossFit Total Practice for the
2nd Fittest Games Challenge.
The practice schedule will cover 50 minutes of Squats, 50 minutes of Deadlift, and 50 minutes of Shoulder Press.
Come out this weekend and work on all 3 areas of the total or attend the session you need the most practice with!
When: Saturday March 1st
9:00am-11:30am
Where: The CrossFit Central Facility (Map)
