Turkish Getups can Alleviate Shoulder Pain? |

Jon demonstrates a Turkish Getup in the PM Kettlebell Class. Turkish Getups have proven to be an excellent exercise for strength, flexibility, and stability in the shoulder joint.
One individual had a history of shoulder problems and had to undergo 2 surgeries on his right shoulder and 1 on his left. Spartan 300 Challenge Kicked off at the CrossFit Central Facility this morning! Over 60 people completed this workout and began the first session of the 16 week Challenge.
