Not only am I stronger in my everyday life, which includes taking care of two young children and running a $130 million business, but my running is so much stronger. I ran the 3M Marathon easily without much training at all. I have been in Jeremy Thiel's program for 6 months now. He brings the "champion" out of everyone. Jeremy's knowledge in the fitness and running world is vast as well. Crossfit is the best thing I have done for myself since I started running 30 years ago. Crossfit is a way of life!

Fight of Your Life

Fight Gone Bad was a huge success thanks to the more than 140 participants, volunteers, and donors who contributed to the Prostate Cancer Foundation and The Wounded Warrior Project! CrossFit Central blew past our goal of $25,000 and donated $28,850 to Athletes for a Cure!! Internationally we were 3rd for funds raised!

Brownies Can do Anything

Last weekend Jeremy Thiel and Therin Smith teamed up with a local Brownie Troop for a fun workout and to learn the importance of fitness and wellness. Therin is one of CrossFit Central's newest coaches and specializes in youth training. CrossFit Central will begin CrossFit Kids next month! More details coming soon.
